ABOUT VORKA

Self-custody should survive
one bad day.

Vorka is built around a simple observation: the device used every day should not also be the only device capable of preserving access when something goes wrong.

01WHY VORKA

A wallet is easy to create. Continuity is harder.

Conventional software wallets often place daily activity, backup and recovery around the same secret. That is convenient until the computer is compromised, the backup is misplaced or the user has to expose recovery material simply to keep operating.

Vorka gives normal access and replacement authority different roles from the beginning. Primary stays available for daily use. Recovery stays somewhere else. A dedicated Vault makes that separation enforceable onchain.

Keep the permission you use close. Keep the permission that can replace it far away.

02DESIGN PRINCIPLES

Built around explicit ownership.

01

Separate the roles

Daily authority and recovery authority should not depend on the same physical device.

02

Keep secrets local

Passwords, decryption and signing belong on the user’s machine and devices—not in a custodial account.

03

Show the boundaries

Security claims should explain assumptions and limitations instead of hiding them behind “unhackable” language.

04

Preserve continuity

Replacing access should not require changing the address that holds the user’s supported assets.

03PRODUCT DIRECTION

Local first, connected when useful.

The first Vorka release focuses on a Windows desktop application, encrypted Primary and Recovery devices, and a dedicated Vault beginning with Conflux eSpace.

Users can operate locally with their own RPC configuration or use Vorka-maintained application and DeFi integrations. Broader EVM support follows network-by-network validation.
