01
Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to vorka.net, the Vorka desktop application, connected services and related documentation supplied by MBP Enterprises Ltd. Purchasing hardware is also governed by the Terms of Sale and Order Policies.
By using Vorka, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02
Self-custody
Vorka is non-custodial. We do not hold your private keys, passwords or assets and cannot recreate lost credentials, reverse confirmed transactions or restore access when every valid authority is unavailable.
You are responsible for protecting devices and passwords, keeping Primary and Recovery separate, verifying requested operations and maintaining a suitable computer environment.
03
Permitted use
You may use Vorka only lawfully and must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, distribute malware, misuse another person's Vault or use Vorka to conceal unlawful activity.
You must not represent Vorka as providing investment, legal, tax or custody services.
04
Software and updates
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Vorka software with your product. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.
Updates may correct vulnerabilities, add compatibility or change connected features. Core self-custody functions are designed to remain local; third-party networks and integrations may change independently.
05
Third-party systems
Blockchains, RPC providers, wallets, DeFi protocols, Stripe and other third parties are not controlled by Vorka. Their terms, availability and risks apply separately.
06
Intellectual property
Vorka names, designs, software and documentation belong to MBP Enterprises Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership except for the limited right to use the purchased product and licensed software.
07
Availability and changes
We aim to maintain Vorka services but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, network changes or third-party failures may affect connected features. We may change these Terms prospectively and will publish the effective date.
08
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that, MBP Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible for blockchain price movements, protocol failures, user-approved transactions, compromised computers, lost credentials or indirect loss outside our reasonable control.
Any contractual limitation is applied only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove statutory rights relating to defective goods or digital services.
09
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available.
