01

Controller and scope

MBP Enterprises Ltd. is the controller for personal data processed through the Vorka website, checkout, connected services and support. This policy does not govern public blockchain records or independent third parties.

02

Data we process

Depending on use, we process contact and delivery details, order and payment references, support correspondence, device/app version, public Vault addresses or transaction hashes you provide, basic security logs and website preferences.

Payment-card information is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by Vorka.

03

Data we do not request

We do not need your plaintext password, private key, decrypted key file or remote access to your computer. Do not send these to Support. Signing and local-mode key handling are performed on your device.

04

Purposes and legal bases

  • Perform orders, delivery and support under our contract.
  • Meet tax, accounting, consumer and security obligations.
  • Protect Vorka, customers and infrastructure based on legitimate interests.
  • Send optional marketing only with consent where required.
  • Establish or defend legal claims.

05

Service providers

We use providers for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, delivery, email and professional advice. They receive only data needed for their role and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards. Stripe processes checkout data under its own privacy information.

06

Blockchain information

Public addresses, contract interactions and transaction data recorded on a blockchain are public, independently replicated and generally cannot be erased by Vorka. Avoid linking unnecessary personal information to a public address.

07

Retention

Order and accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Support and security records are kept only as long as needed for the issue, fraud prevention and legal claims. Local theme preference is stored in your browser.

08

International transfers

MBP Enterprises Ltd. is registered in the United Kingdom and serves EU customers. Where personal data moves between jurisdictions, we use applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards.

09

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.

Send requests to contact@mbp-enterprises.com. We may verify identity before acting.

10

Security, children and changes

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no networked service is risk-free. Vorka is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be published with a revised date.
