Shipping Policy

Vorka orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Belgium by or on behalf of MBP Enterprises Ltd.

Checkout is available only for destinations currently supported by our carriers and tax configuration. The available country list shown during checkout is authoritative for that order.

Standard delivery and applicable VAT are included in the advertised EUR 99 consumer price for supported destinations. Any optional premium method and its price are displayed before payment.

Availability and an estimated delivery window are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Unless another period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the maximum period required by applicable law.

Provide a complete deliverable address and verify it before purchase. Contact us immediately after ordering if correction is needed; an order already handed to the carrier may not be redirectable.

Where tracking is available, it is sent to the checkout email. Risk of loss normally passes when the consumer or designated recipient physically receives the goods.

If tracking stalls, the package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact contact@mbp-enterprises.com with the order reference and supporting photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Orders dispatching within the European Union normally do not require the consumer to complete an import procedure. We remain responsible for presenting applicable taxes and charges before purchase; unexpected carrier payment requests should be reported before payment.
