01
Seller and contract
MBP Enterprises Ltd. sells the Vorka Founding Pack. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance and refund any captured amount.
02
Product
The pack contains Primary and Recovery USB devices, a USB-A to USB-C adapter, dedicated Vault setup, Founding NFT and lifetime Vorka App and supported DeFi access. “Lifetime” means the operating lifetime of the relevant Vorka service, not a guaranteed period or availability of every third-party protocol.
03
Compatibility
The initial release is Windows-first and begins with Conflux eSpace. You must check current hardware, operating-system, network and destination compatibility before ordering.
04
Price and tax
The advertised EUR 99 consumer price includes applicable VAT and standard delivery to supported destinations. The final total is shown before payment. No extra charge is binding unless disclosed before purchase.
05
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method. Fraud, sanctions and payment checks may delay or prevent acceptance.
06
Delivery and risk
Goods dispatch from Belgium to supported destinations. Risk of physical loss passes when the consumer or designated recipient receives the package, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
07
Digital elements and NFT
Activation, software access and NFT delivery may require compatible software, a supported network and public address. Blockchain fees or third-party network conditions may apply after purchase. Statutory digital-content rights remain unaffected.
08
Withdrawal and conformity
Consumers generally have 14 days after physical delivery to withdraw, subject to lawful exceptions and the Returns Policy. Mandatory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods remain available under applicable law.
09
Liability and law
Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for user-approved blockchain actions, market loss, third-party protocols or lost credentials outside a product defect.
English law governs the contract without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
